Medical/Dental Package: WSECU pays 100% of the health premiums for full-time and part-time employees and contributes up to 100% of health insurance for the partners and dependents of full-time employees, depending on other coverage and plan selection.
10 Paid Holidays Annually
Retirement: WSECU contributes 8.5% of employees' annual salary into a retirement plan. Vesting in the plan occurs after three years of full-time employment. WSECU also pays administrative fees for enrolling in the optional 401(k) plan.
General Leave & Sick Leave: WSECU offers paid general and sick leave after 90 days. Full-time employee general leave accrues at an initial rate of 12.5 hours per month with a graduated accrual schedule and 3.5 hours per month sick leave. |
