2015 Annual & Community Report

Enhancing Member Value & Supporting Our Communities

Message from Board Chair Tracy Guerin

Members often stop me when they learn I’m on the Board of Directors at WSECU, wanting to share their stories. With one person, it might be raving about our credit card fraud protection service, which generates a phone call to confirm a purchase was legitimate. Others tell me about working with a certain employee who perhaps took the time to suggest options for saving money. Sometimes, we didn’t meet the mark and I hear valuable suggestions on what we could have done better. Usually, though, the response is a quick: “That’s MY credit union!” This one I like the best. Because it is your credit union.
