Creating a Culture of Caring

Creating a Culture of Caring for Employees

WSECU has an outstanding reputation for being a top-notch employer. We truly consider ourselves extended family and we've built our foundation on a culture of caring with our service to members and service to co-workers. Here are the areas we focus on:

Work/life balance

Generous leave time for vacations, illness and bereavement.

Peace of mind

We offer excellent medical and dental coverage with low or no monthly premiums. Flexible spending accounts are also available to help defray out-of-pocket costs.

We also offer excellent 401(k) retirement savings plan where employees can invest a portion of their salary to build their retirement. WSECU also contributes 8.5% of each employee's salary to help build this ever-important nest egg.

Supporting our credit union family

Employees are given the option to donate leave time to fellow employees. They're also empowered to make decisions that will benefit our members while looking out for the credit union as well.

WSECU is a place that encourages feedback, cultivates a learning environment and is just fun to work for. They care for their employees and employees’ families, which can be hard to find in companies.

WSECU takes care of their employees AND their members and I think this company as a whole is amazing and I am grateful every day that I have the opportunity to work here!
