How to Create and Manage Sub Users in Online Banking

If you need to provide Online Banking access to someone who is not an owner on your account, you can set them up as a sub user. The sub user function can be a great tool for small business or organizational account owners who need to provide access to an employee. You can control the actions a sub user can perform, the parts of the account the sub user can see, and the time(s) the sub user is allowed to log in.

Note that if you provide access to a sub user, you are responsible for transactions they conduct as well as monitoring their credentials and access privilege. Learn more about sub users in the Online Banking Agreement.
