We have some great news to share. Consumer Reports Magazine - the respected, independent source for consumer product and service reviews - included WSECU in their Bank and Credit Union Buying Guide

What makes this recognition especially meaningful is that it's reader feedback that earns a place on the list. Scores were based on the responses of nearly 50,000 readers. They rated financial institutions on service, communications, complaints and fees.

In this case, of course, reader feedback is member feedback - those who know and use the credit union.

I can't tell you how important your feedback is to WSECU. The Board of Directors and our management team count on members to tell us what's going well, where we have work to do and how we can continue to meet your needs in a fast-changing world. So keep it up! Don't wait for a national publication to come knocking. We'd love to hear from you whenever you have ideas or comments to share. For now, let's celebrate this national recognition for our credit union. After all, we're a cooperative - when we succeed, it's only because we do it together.

Go ahead, spread the news about your credit union's mention in Consumer Reports. It's a time to be extra proud of the impact of your membership and the important overall benefits credit unions provide to their members.
