Technology provides many ways to stay in touch, no matter how much distance there is between us. This year, we're taking advantage of technology to bring the Annual & Community Report to life for you through video, capturing the highlights for your cooperative from 2017.
Looking back over the last 60 years, it's amazing to recall this journey we've taken together through thick and thin. Moving forward, be assured that though the world around us is always changing, one thing remains constant: our commitment to serving you. It has been and will continue to be a priority of your Board of Directors to provide the level of service you need and deserve from us.
With this in mind, we continue to invest in technology to make managing your finances as easy as possible for you. Based on the snippets you'll see throughout the video, the numbers for online and in-person transactions indicate we've done well in meeting your needs. We're going to do even better in the coming months with enhancements to our digital channels and our branch network. New product offerings are also on tap in 2018.
