As Washington begins to reopen, WSECU will continue to prioritize the health and safety of our members and staff. To help you plan your next visit, please review the following information on the services offered by each of our branches.

Keeping our members safe

The health and safety of our members and staff is our highest priority. As our branches begin to reopen and expand levels of service, we will continue to take precautions to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. This may include some or all of the following preventative measures.

Limited services, appointments needed

To reduce the number of people gathering indoors, we ask that you make an appointment for essential in-branch services.

More services, open lobby with limited capacity

Branch lobbies are open, but we are limiting the number of people allowed inside in order to maintain social distancing. Our staff will monitor the flow of traffic at the entrance. If the lobby is at capacity, you may be asked to wait outside.

  • Investment services are available by appointment only. Request an appointment online or call 800.456.3152.
