Home Loan Payment Relief Request

We’re here to help.

Before you begin, there are a few things you need to know. To process your home loan payment relief request, you will need to create a username and password to sign in with OWF’s parent organization, WSECU, which hosts the request form. This will allow you to return to the form later and view the status of your request.

However, OWF will continue to service your loan, and the username and password you use to access your account on the OWF website will remain the same.

To submit your request:

  1. Select “Continue.”
  2. On the following screen, create your WSECU username and password. (Note: This information will only be used to access the form or view the status of your request. Your OWF username and password will stay the same.)
  3. Complete the request form.
  4. You’ll receive an email receipt once your request is submitted. We’ll contact you within two business days.
