I’ve worked in commercial real estate lending for more than 25 years, including 18 years underwriting permanent and construction loans. Since then, I’ve focused on long-term financing for commercial properties. My experience includes multifamily, retail, office, self-storage, condominiums, mixed-use properties and manufactured housing communities.

During my career I’ve supported clients securing loans ranging from $500,000 to $55 million, with most ranging from $8 million to $15 million. My underwriting background allows me to quickly assess how much a client can borrow and find practical ways to address potential risks.
