How to Make a Loan or Credit Card Payment

Schedule Payments with Online and Mobile Banking.

It's never been easier to manage your accounts from the comfort and convenience of home. Whether you need to review transactions, schedule bill payments or transfer money, it's all just a few clicks away. To get started enroll in Online Banking.

WSECU account transfer — Transfer funds from your WSECU checking or savings account to your WSECU loan or credit card account or set up a recurring payment by selecting the Transfers and Payments tab. Learn more.

External account transfers — Link an account from another financial institution, then set up a one-time or recurring payment to your WSECU loan or credit card account. To get started, select “My Accounts” from the Accounts tab in Online Banking or from the home screen in Mobile Banking. Then, select “Link an Account.” Learn more.

Mobile Deposit — Deposit a check into your WSECU checking or savings account using Mobile Deposit. Once the funds are available, you can transfer a payment to your loan or credit card account using Online or Mobile Banking.*  Learn more.

External debit card — Make a payment using a debit card issued by another financial institution. Select “Pay a Loan” from the Transfers and Payments tab and enter your payment information.

WSECU automatic transfer — Set up automatic transfers in Online and Mobile Banking for the following account types: Visa credit cards, Q-cash loans, auto loans, personal loans, easy equity lines of credit and home equity loans.

External automatic transfer — Set up automatic transfers using an account at another financial institution. To do this electronically, submit a Pre-Authorized Debit form via DocuSign at least 15 days prior to your payment due date. Learn more.

External bill payment service — If your financial institution offers bill payment services, add WSECU as a payee and schedule your payment to arrive before its due date to ensure timely delivery.

Make a payment in person.

WSECU branch — Visit your nearest WSECU branch to make a payment in person.

Shared branching — Visit a participating shared branching credit union to make a payment.*

Night drop — Make a payment outside of normal business hours using our night depository. Deposits are processed the next business day.

Payment by mail — If you prefer to pay your bills by mail, we gladly accept payments made by check or money order. Send your payment to:

Express loan payments — Call us at 800.562.0999 and select option 2 to make a free payment using a non-WSECU Visa, Mastercard or Discover debit card, or Check by Phone (with routing and account numbers). To make a payment, you’ll need the last four digits of either the primary or joint account member’s Social Security number for authentication purposes. Note that fees may apply for payments made from an account at another financial institution.

Telephone banking — Avoid fees and wait times by making a payment through our 24/7 automated telephone banking system. Call 800.562.0999, option 1, to access Telephone Banking. Next, enter your account number and four-digit access code. To make a credit card payment, select the “credit card information” option from the main menu. For loan payments, select the “transfers and check withdrawals” option. Need an access code? Call us at 800.562.0999 to speak to a representative who can help.
