WSECU Welcome Home Grant

Awarding homebuyers up to $10,000

Imagine holding the key to your new home

Sometimes a little extra goes a long way, maybe all the way to unlocking the front door of your new home. Imagine what you could do with a WSECU Welcome Home Grant.

Applicants may receive up to 5% of a home’s sale price, not exceeding $10,000, to use for a down payment.* And because the funding is granted, you won’t have to pay it back.

Begin by scheduling an appointment with our homeownership counselor. We’ll answer your questions and walk you through the grant application process and the home-buying process.
