How to order checks
Ordering checks
Whether your check book is running low or you’re opening a new account, ordering checks from WSECU is quick and easy. There are several ways to get started:
- Signing in to Online Banking offers a convenient way to place orders online.
- With the WSECU Mobile Banking app, you can order checks from your smartphone or other mobile device.
- Our Contact Center can take your order by phone at 800.562.0999 during normal business hours.
- You can also visit your local branch to place an order in person with one of our representatives.
Business members can order checks by phone or by visiting a nearby branch.
Online check ordering
Check ordering is just one of the many convenient benefits of Online Banking. To order checks online, follow these three easy steps:
Step 1: Sign in to Online Banking.

Step 2: Select your checking account from the My Accounts screen.

Step 3: On the following screen, select "Re-order Checks" from the Account Actions menu.

Step 4: You will be taken to Harland Clarke’s secure ordering page where you will be asked to verify your account details. (Please note: Harland Clarke is WSECU’s designated check vendor.) Follow the prompts to complete your order. After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Mobile check ordering
With the Mobile Banking app, you can manage your finances anywhere, anytime. To order checks using your mobile device, follow these three easy steps:
Step 1: Open the Mobile Banking app and sign in.

Step 2: Select your checking account, which will be listed under My Accounts.

Step 3: In the top navigation bar, swipe left and select “Re-Order Checks.”

Step 4: You will be taken to Harland Clarke’s secure ordering page where you will be asked to verify your account details. (Please note: Harland Clarke is WSECU’s designated check vendor.) Follow the prompts to complete your order. After you submit your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

A few things to keep in mind
- Payment for checks is automatically deducted from your checking account when your order ships (usually 2-5 days after order is placed).
- Checks typically arrive within 10-14 business days. To avoid additional shipping fees, select standard shipping as your delivery option.
- Checks can be mailed to an address on file with WSECU or to a branch of your choice. If you choose to mail checks to a branch, we will notify you when they arrive.
- If you need checks immediately, your nearest branch can provide a limited number of temporary checks to use until your order arrives.
- Additional registers and covers are available at any of our branch locations.
