Programs for first-generation homebuyers

If you’re the first in your family to buy a home, we provide guided support through the homebuying process.

First-Generation Home Loan: A fixed-rate home loan offering flexible financing and low down payment requirements for eligible first-generation homebuyers who meet program guidelines.

Down Payment Assistance: Pair your First-Generation Home Loan with up to $30,000 to help cover down payment and closing costs for first-generation homebuyers. Funds are repaid when the home is sold, refinanced or transferred.*
