How to check your commercial loan
LoanStat, an online service, is available to view your WSECU commercial loan information around the clock.
How to Sign Up
- Go to the WSECU LoanStat website.
- Choose the Borrowers login.
- Choose Register New Account.
- Follow the instructions and fill in the requested information – you’ll need your loan number and Social Security Number or Tax ID Number.
- Activate your account via the activation email you’ll be sent.
- And you’re all set!
With LoanStat you can view your:
- Payment due date
- Detailed breakdown of payment information
- Loan balance
- Loan history
- Future escrow, principal and interest, and interest rate changes
- Previous and current year-to-date totals
- Properties associated with the loan
