Three New VPs Join WSECU’s Leadership Team

Aug. 6, 2026 (Olympia, Wash.) – WSECU announced it hired on three new leaders to the credit union, Beth Glein as the Vice President of Residential Lending, Leigh Gower as the Vice President of Enterprise Portfolio Management and Scott Haeg as the Vice President of Money Movement, a newly-created division.

“I’m thrilled about the opportunity to expand access to homeownership—meeting members where they are, helping them understand their options, and creating clearer pathways from education to application,” Glein said. “At the same time, I’m energized by building and strengthening the team as we scale—because people matter the most.”

In the role, Glein will oversee the credit union’s community lending, residential lending and mortgage sales teams. She previously served as the Chief Operating Officer of Builders Capital. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Gonzaga University.

“I’m looking forward to the opportunity to translate strategy into meaningful impact for the people who matter most—our members and our employees,” Gower said. “Financial institutions balance growth, innovation, agility, and operational discipline, and this role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen the connection between strategic vision, investment priorities, and execution in ways that directly enhance the member experience.”

As the Vice President of Enterprise Portfolio Management, Gower will oversee agile project services and scrum masters for the credit union. Gower previously served as the Chief Technology Officer and later as the Strategic Advisor for Dutch Bros Coffee.

“I’m excited to help WSECU navigate the rapid evolution of the payments industry by identifying and prioritizing the opportunities that matter most to WSECU members,” Haeg said. “I’m energized to take the opportunity to make money movement simpler, faster, and more intuitive.”

As the Vice President of the newly-created Money Movement division, Haeg will oversee payments, card services and ATMs. Previously, Haeg served as the Vice President of Operations for Kitsap Credit Union. He has an MBA from Western Governors University.
