Application process and award details:
- WSECU members of all ages are welcome to apply.
- Applications are accepted from December to February each year.
- Recipients are selected and notified in the spring.
- $2,000 is awarded for two-year colleges and vocational schools.
- $3,000 is awarded for four-year undergraduate programs and graduate programs.

Carol Sines Memorial Trust Scholarship recipients
Founded by State Highway Credit Union as a tribute to Carol Sines, Treasurer and Supervisory Committee member of SHCU, the Carol Sines Memorial Trust Scholarship commemorates his longtime service to the credit union. Following a merger between the two institutions, the scholarship continues with support from WSECU.
