It's important to let us know immediately if your debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, or if you notice unauthorized transactions. Here’s how to contact us.
When We're Open
Call 800.562.0999 or visit your nearest branch. We'll block your card, help you report any unauthorized transactions and work on getting you a replacement card.
When We're Closed
Contact our Visa® fraud protection service at 866.861.5416 to have your card blocked immediately. Then call us or stop by during business hours so we can help with additional steps, like replacing your card and reporting any unauthorized transactions.
