FAQ
An eNotice is an electronic version of a paper notice available for viewing within Online Banking.
No. eNotices are generated during the normal course of business related to your accounts. They are different from paper statements and eStatements. If you are receiving paper statements, that will continue. If you are currently receiving eStatements for your account or loan, this will not change. You can opt in to eStatements in Online Banking by selecting “Manage eStatements” under Statements & Documents.
You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF-viewing software to open your eStatements and eNotices. Adobe Acrobat Reader is available for free download at adobe.com.
To protect your information, we do not email notices. We will send an email to notify you when a new eNotice is ready to view in Online Banking.
Once you enroll, eNotices will be accessible as they become available. If you are already enrolled in Online Banking or have given us your eConsent previously, you will be automatically enrolled in eNotices, and they will be viewable on the date the notice is generated. You will receive an email from WSECU letting you know you have a notice available for viewing.
eConsent is the process you complete when registering for Online Banking that allows you to access your account records electronically. Opting in to eConsent also allows us to deliver account, transaction or disclosure information electronically. You can review the Electronic Records Delivery Service agreement for more details.
We are working to create a process to opt out of eNotices. This process will be available before Sept. 30. Check back here for more information as we get closer to the date.
No. If you are enrolled in eNotices, you will only receive notices electronically. If you choose to revert to paper notices, you will only receive those by mail.
eNotices for linked accounts cannot be viewed. You must sign in to the other account to view that account’s eNotices.
Most notices can be sent by eNotice. However, there are still some documents that are delivered in paper format only.
eNotices will be available in Online Banking for 90 days.
