Does WSECU redeem savings bonds?

Yes. We can redeem the following savings bonds for members at any of our branches:

• Series E Bonds
• Series EE Bonds
• Series I Bonds
• US Savings Notes

Will the interest be reported to the IRS?

Amounts over $10.00 will be reported on your 1099-INT.

How soon can I redeem a savings bond after purchase?

Savings bonds must be at least 12 months old and eligible for redemption.
