We offer free notary services to our members at all branches. Be sure to bring the following with you:

• A valid photo ID that includes signature, issue date and expiration date
• The complete document(s) you need notarized
• A witness (if required by the document)

This service extends to shared branching members as well. We can notarize most documents^*, including promissory notes, with a few exceptions. Examples of documents we are unable to notarize are:

• Wills (with the exception of living wills)
• Trust documents
• Handwritten letters
• Copies of documents
• Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9)
• Documents drawn up outside the United States

While no appointment is necessary, it is a good idea to schedule ahead of time using our online scheduling tool below.

Medallion Signature Guarantee

This service is available to members with accounts in good standing that have been open for one year or longer. Please call ahead or use our online scheduling tool below so we can ensure the branch you visit will have someone available to assist you.

When you visit the branch, please have the following with you:

• A valid photo ID that includes signature, issue date and expiration date
• A statement of proof for the stock value
• The dollar amount being transferred
