Great ideas always come from collaboration. When it comes to creating new products or improving existing ones, there’s no better group to collaborate with than our membership.

We’re always on the lookout for new faces to join our Member Insights group. If you’ve ever wanted to take part in helping us make our products and services the best they can be, take a look at the frequently asked questions below.

What types of activities does the Member Insights participate in?

Some of the areas we seek input on include:

  • Discussions on new product ideas
  • Discussions on what members might like to see in existing products
  • Piloting new programs
  • User testing new services

How do members participate?

There are three ways we solicit participation – members can choose any or all of the following:

  • In person; e.g., focus groups
  • Virtual; e.g., WebEx and phone
  • Online surveys

How often would I be contacted?

We may contact you every couple of months. It may be more or less frequently, depending on what we are working on at any given time.

Do I need to participate every time you contact me?

No – participation is completely voluntary. If our request doesn’t align with your schedule or you aren’t interested in the topic or activity, you are welcome to decline.
