- The available balance or credit limit isn’t sufficient to cover the charge.
- If you or the merchant manually entered the card information (card number, zip code, expiration date, CVV), it may have been entered incorrectly.
- A new card or replacement card has been issued and it hasn’t been activated or the old card is accidentally being used.
