Can I view all of my WSECU accounts under one username?

This may be an option for you; the accounts you'll be able to access under one username will depend on the ownership structure. Contact us at 800.562.0999 for more information.

Is Online Banking compatible with personal financial management software such as Quicken, QuickBooks and Mint?

Yes.

Where can I see my pending transactions?

If there are pending transactions on your account, they will appear on the Account Summary page directly below "Account Summary." The number of pending transactions, along with an hourglass icon, will be displayed. Click on Pending Transactions to see details of each outstanding transaction. You can see which account the pending transaction applies to by looking at the suffix number in the details; e.g., S09 would signify your checking account. Pending transactions also show on the History page.

I don't want to see the merchant logos on my transaction history. Can they be hidden?

Yes – on the Transaction History page, click Options under Transaction History and uncheck the Detail View option in the dropdown menu. You can check it again anytime to have the logos appear.

Is there a way to print my transaction history within Online Banking?

Yes – on the Transaction History page, click the "print" link located directly under "Transaction History." A dropdown menu will appear and you can choose from pre-set date ranges or set a custom date range.
